Whats your opinion??

My plan is going no more than 12lbs with intake, exhuast, dp, smic with a PFC. My question is do i need a fuel pump and if i do need one you think a walbro is a good enough one for me? Lastly, how do you guys like NGK or Magnacor spark plug wires
? thanks

I don't think you need a fuel pump if you're serious about running no more than 12psi. I had a similar setup to yours, and only right at redline would I ever see 80% injector duty, which should be about perfect.

Nope the stock fuel system can handle up to 12 pounds of boost
do you have a port to the motor is that why you want to run 12 psi all the time?
If you get a fuel pump then you can go to 13psi and I dont know how much more
by exhaust do you mean midpipe and catback or just catback?
Id get a midpipe and then fuel pump and boost controller and turn it up to 13 or 12 is fine with your setup now.
I know all this because my car is in the shop and I asked the same question and that was the reply.

I dont know about spark plugs and wires

good luck

I don't think that you need a fuel pump with those mods....as far as the plug wires, I would go with the Magnacore.

When you want to raise the boost past 12psi then you need a fuel pump
so people would get it when they are ready to go to 13psi and up.
You can do that on the stock twins or a single turbo

Same with mines when i hit 12 psi, duty cycle in the 90s. I dont know how you can run 14 psi on the stock injectors. Anyways, i fuel pump is cheap and easy to install and an extra insurance.

It's your map. If you're running the basemap, then you're running WAY rich right now. That's why you're hitting 90% injector duty. I was boosting 14 psi and hitting 95% injector duty. Turn your fuel down!

amp, if you are hitting 100% duty at 10psi then your car is tuned WAY too rich (or something in your fuel system isn't working correctly, low fuel pressure or clogged injectors or something).

undercover7, you don't need any fuel system upgrades to run even 14 or 15psi if your system is healthy. 12psi will be just fine with the stock fuel system. As far as the wires, I've never used either of those, I've used the Taylor spiro pro pre-made for the FD. Got them from summit racing about 4 years ago and they still look and work great.

the high duty numbers are on WOT...wastegate is stock.. spike boost in the average of 1.5psi with the mp...pfc doesnt completely control the boost from what ive noticed...dont have the proper equip and know enough about maintaining good ratio other than takin it to a tuner...
