I love:
1. the feeling of being thrown back into the seat when you touch the throttle.
2. the smell fo the exhaust when you crank it.
3. Being a professor on a Honda covered campus and having the kids come to class to get a physics lesson on how it works.
4. Being one of a handful of females that own not just one generation of 7s but 2 and looking for the 3rd.

damn reading the whole thread gave me this whole patriotic feeling, i love it, can't wait to offically join the ranks when i get mine, both my FC and FD. both sweet cars, one will garrentteed to be a fair weather friend, no rain, snow or leaves on it. MMM just the thought of driving my FD (when i gety it) back from Vancover, on the Trans Canada Highway, just hope the engine stays inline atleast till i get home :P. the Fact that i got a buddy with a 300ZX, a Skyline, and my other buds are getting a 1990 3000GT VR4, Toyota MR2 and probly a supra all gonna be imported and Right hand Drive (i think it is more fun). Man i mean what a freaking car club when it done and all cars are fully assembled and in top tuned condition . then going on "Trips" around places finding fun places to race and have fun with them too. mmm the thoughts make me happy.

Nghtstlkr7 i have yet the experence the joy of someone in a exotic car go "nice car" i pulled beside a Viper GTS older one with the blue/white strips and he looked over at me like i wasn't worth the gum on the bottom of his shoe. It was raining so i couldn't show him what was up but i'm pretty sure i would have lost but gained some respect on how little i would have lost.

to anwser the topic at hand. i came from a fully tuned car before the FD and the front suspension in my FD was blown when i bought it. so while cornering speed is still high compared to most cars, its real shaky and uncertain. so i have yet to feel the ture handling of my FD but will shorty. i have tein coilovers sitting in my room waiting for my FD when it comes out of the paint shop next week.

I love the car for many reasons. Here are some of the following reasons:
1. Handling
2. Easy to get to 10's and 11's with a few mods.
3. Looks
4. The way you feel snug when you're in it.

It also helps that our cars have won events such as the D1 Grand Prix.

I get my FD on Monday...

so I'll let you know what I love most about owning it.

P.S. I'm 20 years old...I work full-time retail @ Best Buy making $11.00 an hour.. budget is tight, but I do 240 swaps on the side, so $1,500-$3,000 extra a month helps. ^_^

I love my job. My co-worker/friend has an 11 second Evo..then again, he just blew the motor AGAIN at the track, haha.... last time his flywheel bolts came loose and murdered his crank-case and the nice Cusco twin-disc clutch setup he had. hehe

Got 2 friends, twins in fact, that both own '03 WRX's...craziness. >_>

I dunno why I'm going on.

I CAN'T WAIT TILL MONDAY!!!!!!!!

@_@

SOOOOOOOOOOOOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!

...favorite thing about owning a 3rd gen...

1. The body - smooth, tight, curvy and sexxxxy. The best looking car that will never go out of style.
2. Performance - power and handling
3. Rare - they're not in every block like the Honda Civic

BTW: Who cares about turning girls on. If you guys can't do that with only yourself...really sad I love this car because it turns me on.

i must say the best thing i like about owning a FD is: for some odd reason around my area every riced out mikey mouse civic/integra rolls up on me and think they can take me...that is until i downshift on them and look back in my rear view mirror and see the molded look they have on their face. always brightens up my day.
