What type of exhaust is this?

I bought this exhaust off of my friends at a shop where they import JDM front and rear clips. I think it is a custom unit but I just wondered if anybody has seen it before, he also sold me the resonated midpipe with it as well but the piping is 3.5" from what I have measured. Would this thing be really loud or is the muffler large enough to quite things down.

That looks similar to the Greddy/Trust catback to me:

heres the width of the piping, it is about 3 1/2". The only reason I bought it was 'cuse he sold the whole system to me for $100 'cuse we are old friends.

why would brand matter all that much? 100 is a steal for an exhaust, especially one that is in that condition and bolts right up.

never seen anything like it, looks like it would be a very loud exhaust, could be a custom setup that would be my best guess.

Yeah the only reason I bought it was because it was $100 and he gave me the midpipe and catback full stainless you know. He is an old friend of mine. Im trying to buy an HKS intake from him for like $75. They had an rx7 jdm front clip in a couple of months ago and it had all the goodies but they sold everything but the exhaust and intake.

That second exhaust looks like either an ultra flow or a dynomax. One of those cheapy ones from a local muffler shop. They usually retail for like $90-$100 bucks.

RX187, no they don't do online business. They are a wrecking yard that do JDM swaps and just happened to have these when I went.
