What is this, stupid question

Sorry for the dumb question but what is this? I don't have my workshop manual handy and I want to ask a question about this part, but forgot what it is.

Thanks in advance...

Its a thermal cuplink and it connects the phase shifter to the partical transducer. Hope that helps.

****, I think I hooked the flux capacitor to the partical transducer, do you think this will blow my thermal cuplink to smithereens...

Don't worry guys, I knew it wasn't TPS (who would disable) or AWS(mine is disabled), but just couldn't remember what it was. Now I can make another post asking what is wrong with mine?

Thanks

Last time I checked, the TPS cannot be blocked off, it tells the computer what position the throttle is in. I think it is pretty important but what do I know.

You can run without the ISC but is really doesn't make sense to remove it.

P.S. be careful what information you pass along on this forum, there are a lot of young kids who beleive every idiot on here and you wouldn't want one of them harming their car.

The ISC is about the only thing I kept unblocked. It's useful.

In a heavily ported car, I would block it off and set it manually however.

I've heard that as well, however after fiddling around with the idle for a few weeks, I ended up plugging it back in.. Just seems easier to get everything smooth.
