There is only one 3rd gen motor - the 13B-REW. Your question is rhetorical if you know what you are talking about. The 13B TT stands for 13B Twin Turbo but that is not the engine's actual name. The name is 13B-REW.

the 99-02 had better lubrication methods, but it doesn't much matter because installing a later model FD engine is a waste of effort. The S6 engine is just as capable as the S7 or S8. Anything that it lacks can be solved with premix or standard mods.

Not to nit pick you but there is acutally 2 motors the 13b-re and 13b-rew but they are the same block just different motor mounts.
