What is a "Pressure Chamber"?

What is a "Pressure Chamber"?
I dont really know the purpose of this little black box, what is it for? and where do both of the vaccum hoses from it connect to?

Errr...its the chamber....which holds the pressure....

I honestly dont even know either. Somebody help!

I actually did some research and found out what its for. It transfers vaccum from the Solenoid Valve ( turbo control) to a manifold above the twin turbos. Here is the picture

It transfers pressure, not vacuum.
