Question What is this part?

Ok, today I back out of my driveway to go out, and when I got back There was something in the driveway that made me a little concerned. It was a large piece of metal that has rusted off. Since I was gone my father had also parked his car here and moved it. I think it was from his, car and he thinks it was from mine. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this is, and if it was off my car?!!!!

I hope your car isn't rusted that bad. Other wise if your engine fails, you can still do the Flintstones.

I'm assuming you own an fd. Doesn't look familiar at all.

Yes, I own an FD. There really is not that much rust at all, if any on the undercarriage of my car. I still think it was off my dads Volkswagen. Just worries me a bit.

I agree with the rest, not from your FD. Tell your pops buy a new car.

its a vibration weight..usually found on the exhaust system of some cars. It offsets the vibration and movement in the exhaust. Loooks like its from a dodge....is that what your dad drives? either way its no big deal
