What other modifications?

Mods in sig, what else can I do for more power? I will be looking for more things to do within the next little bit, just wondering what I can do for more power.

Stipulations:

Keep boost at 10 PSI on stock turbos
Bolt-ons or close to
No engine work! ( Ports and ****)

unless I just missed it you don't have an intercooler in that mod list. Thats probably one of the only things remaining without getting rid of the twins...you could also get a light weight flywheel...That puts more power down at least. You could remove your double throttle...I think people usually gain a lb of boost with this mod so that obviously has a good effect on flow. Pullies and air pump removal.
I'd honestly say get some fuel, a front mount and do a single haha but you said thats not an option.

i would recomend underdrive crank pulley and flywheel...other than that maybe msd (not sure if that would grab you an extra few hp or not)

I didnt see a DP... Get a DP and run an electronic cutout after it then get tuned for open DP. I'm sure you'll feel a difference without a CB and muffler. Lightweight/underdrive pulleys along with crankshaft. Upgrade your fuel system and get a HKS twinpower, AEM, MSD, etc. spark upgrade.

how do you like your Rotorsports rebuilt turbos? I may go that route

can they do ceramic coating? when I had my engine put in by Brain he said they could not port the wastegate (i.e. did not have the expertise), which was quite surprisng

Great turbos so far, and I think they do ceramic coating. They couldn't port the wastegate? That sounds really wierd, did you ask them why?

I would agree, good choice on the TPI and pulley, then I would do lightweight flywheel. No results for me on the dyno with lightweight fw, but engine revs so much more effortlessly on the road course and street driving isn't too bad(stop and go traffic sux tho)

Get a cutout and get tuned for open DP. I stress this much cause I guarantee you'll grab power and you won't have to run open downpipe ALL the time.

Do you have an intercooler?

Already removed the A/C, not going to remove the P/S.

pulleys, open DP, Boost controller because you will spike like crazy with the open DP, does your car have a good tune?

There are, but no one uses sniffers from what I can tell.

Can't you run higher boost (12-15 psi) fairly safely on stock build motor (granted bigger injectors)

No emissions, not doing open DP, don't want any spiking, should have a good tune.

With his mod list and a pulley kit, what rwhp do you estimate he would have?

There is none, just trying not to run any more boost for a little bit. I will eventually raise the boost the 12 PSI, just not quite yet.

I am wondering this too, but I would hope to shoot for 290.

Looks like I am looking at a Fuel pump, a Twin power ignition, and some pulleys. I haven't found anything else.
