What mods are done to the car? Non-sequential with a boost controller? Looks like the preontrol/wastegate solenoids are gone, most of the rat nest, the pressure chamber, the long bolt that goes into the alternator bracket, the airpump and air control valve. I could go on and on.

Well picture #1 is the front relay box. It should have the other relay's in it. Also, it should be in a plastic "box" with a lid to keep the water out. See here:
https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showth...ight=relay+box

Picture #2 is the AC dryer. If it has been sitting in the elements, than the dessicant needs to be dried again before you recharge the AC. Some suggest putting it in the oven. However, others have found the dryer at local parts stores here. The missing area is another tube that I think has the pressure switch on it and goes to the AC compressor (lower driver side pulley)

1)Relay box shows your missing AC control relays you can compare top to figure out what else. My car is a 94 and seems to be orientated the oposite direction.

2)Ac dryer goes down to I'll have to guess the evaporator core (not sure) as it goes under my battery tray (not taking apart) my guess is AC is kaput.

3)white connector apears to be your coolant level (sensor on front of thermostat housing black in color) in case you have an automatic (extra sensor brown connector) under the UIM is the turbo control sol. I'd guess non-sequential. the taped up connector may be air pump (can't tell color) the other two to the right of the picture ??? more AC stuff???

It is pretty clear the car has been in a front end accident. Look at the bent sheetmetal near the hood latch.

Take some shots of the entire engine bay. To me it looks like you've got a generic radiator hose, no IC duct, missing AC line in addition to the other stuff that was mentioned.
