Oh at least like 400-500 rwhp with those downpipes. You've gotta have at least a 4 rotor in there to warrant having a dual exhaust, which has to be putting out some sick power.

You will gain some power while staying at the stock boost levels but it will not be as much as increasing the boost (it will vary from car to car depending on the condition of the car and it's components).
Don't worry about pulleys until you have done a lot more to the car. At the stage you are at, it would be a waste of money that could be better spent else where (like on some suspensions mods).
