What is this? I assume its for oil pressure???

I need to sell it but I dont know what it is..lol. I assume it is a spacer for an oil pressure tap.

Looks like a very crudely made accessory oil temp or pressure sender adapter.

that one says it isnt available for 93-95's but this one came off a 3rd gen
