What drew you to the fd

I love the body and the starkness of the interior - pure sports car with minimal fluff and gadgetry. And I love the attention. I had owned my car less than 5 minutes before I got a compliment from a perfect stranger. At the gas station, I can park beside a $90,000 Porsche, and people will still walk past the Porshe to tell me they love my car and ask me what it is.

its one of the true japanese sports cars, great looks, engine with tuning potencial, great balance, sound of a rotary engine. also the price, for half the cost of a supra, you get a car that can run with the big boys

It was a car people liked when you modded it and not a restoration project like all my other cars when it is not factory people say it isen't right. also found one at a cheep price and a RX-7 TII took me for a ride and showed me how much fun turbos were.

The reason hasn't changed in the 14 years I've owned mine - It's the car's eye catching design that hasn't aged and still looks fresh everytime I see one on the road. On the rare occasion that I do pass one on the road I still think to myself - what a great looking car!
