Cool TII Rims and New tires!!

Well, I needed some new tires and wanted to get Eagle F1 GS-D3's from the reviews I've read...But problem was, I had 15" rims at the time and wanted wider tires when I got new ones. So, I got some TII rims from a user on here for a good price and then threw on some 225/50ZR16 Eagle F1 GS-D3 tires!! Let me know what you think, thx!

How are the wheels on the drivers side facing the same way, but the 2 on the passenger side are not? Did you get a mis-matched set, or take the picture after rotating?

Yep, the 16" seems the best size for looks on a FC.

Too bad about your headlight motors though. Are you gonna get some new ones or is it the headlight switch that is bad???

yes the motors have a short in them, i can either have headlights that bounce up and down incesively, "winking" over and over and over, or i can have sleepy eye headlights that are up all the time...i chose to do the sleepy eyes until i figure out how to fix them or buy new motors

I almost put my T2 rims on when I needed tires, but then I found out how much they weighed. I'm just saving up for some lighter, wider ones, 15's or 16's. They do look good though, without a doubt. Maybe a powdercoating on them like I had planned? The car looks nice and clean man

Yeah, thats my holdup on getting bigger rims... I have the BBS wheels that came with my vert, and they only weigh like 8.5 lbs each... I was just gonna see if I could find some 225s or 235s to put on them... I'm not sure how they'll handle on the narrow rim though...

The vert rims are 11.5 lbs per rim. they are also 6.5" wide. I'm running stock GXL rims with 225-50-15's all around. The Handeling is great, i run about 28 psi all the way around.
