What do you drive, Auto or Stick?

I just want to get a feel for how many people drive what. I can probably guess th emajority of ppl have a stick 3rd Gen but how many of you guys have autos. I know subjects like this have been here in the past but just wanted to get some fresh opinions from the guys who have autos and if they think it was a mistake. I wanna hear from you guys. TIA

The only thing tempting about an auto FD is the price tag. I'd never own any sports car in anything but a manual transmission. I prefer to select my own gears.

5 spd. daily is a 5 also. even from point A to point B in the good 'ol faithful truck is more interesting that way, being that it doesnt have a radio or AC...ack. although I do need to say, that traffic sux with a manual car.

I have an Auto FD and get to chose my own gear when ever I want - I however only get 4 of them (and only three are worth a damm at less than 120mph) the only thing I don't get to do is push on the Clutch, which leaves my LEFT foot free to operate the BRAKES with the HOLD button & the TQconv lockup I even get engine braking down to 1000rpm

Manual, of the 8 cars ive owned not one was automatic. Despite backing up the automatic guys in a couple threads because they really are useful especially in drag racing, the FD's automatic tranny sucks, so I'd never consider one.

94 Auto - would have preferred a 5sp but the miles 20,300 in 2000 and the price $16,500 in 2000 made it hard to pass up. I haven't minded the auto at all and the performance is still very good.
