I've been trying to find a good owner for my 1994 PEP, black with leather interior, upgrades to the intakes, downpipes, stereo (JL AUdio drop) 86K miles, ACT street clutch, kevlar brake pads.... so tell me is $17K Okay to ask, is it reasonable?

 

$17k Is just fine, thats what I would ask for either of my 94's.

$15k should sell it fairly quickly.

IMO sit on it at $17k, the right owner will come along.

 

status of the motor?? what kind of compression, or when was it rebuilt?

 

I sold mine for 15k. Everything was the same as yours except I had a few more mods and a fairly new motor in the car.

 

bought mine for $15.5 back in 2001 with like 75k on the body, 20k on the ported engine. and i got a bumper to bumper warranty, but no company is stupid enough to warranty these cars anymore.
