Werid Coolant symptoms
So I fill coolant up the all the way to the top for the coolant neck thing. Next thing I noticed is coolant dripping out of the hose coming from the left hose going into the ast. That hose is securely clammed with those the stock clamps. Coolant is dripping slowly and steadily from there and iono what else to do get another clamp?

replace the hose, might have a hairpin hole in there that you can't see, happened to me before on the one behind the water pump housing
Depending on how much slack you have in the hose, you may be able to cut off the damaged section and keep using the hose. Pull the hose off and inspect it. If you are able to cut off the bad section, go ahead; otherwise replace it.
Replace the hose and the clamp. It shouldn't cost more than dinner at a sit-down restaurant. If you want to be very thorough, Permatex makes a silver-colored RTV silicone specially designed for cooling system use. It's called 'thermostat gasket maker' or something like that.

I hope you can get that stuff for the price of a dinner at a drive through resturant. The sit down type can get pretty expensive (depend on where you park your posterior) Replace the hose and replace the clamp.
