After started up my car today and drove it for like 5 mins. The low coolant light came on and beeping tell me to add coolant . But When I pull over and look , it's still full. Is this the sign of water pump goes bad?? How can you know for sure.

Check the filler neck when the car is cold and fill it up if needed.

 

You probably have a leak somewhere...check the hose that goes into the overflow tank it's a 2 hoses with a splice it always leaks...

 

Eww have fun. Search and not because I am being a dick. You will find lots on this topic. Alot of guys lost their coolant seals this last summer, me included. I doubt its a water pump failure in that there is nothing to fail on it. It consists of a housing,bearing,blade,and a pulley to run it. Your problem is elsewhere.
