I'm just taking a wild guess but it sounds like AC condensation...Never seen this on my RX but have seen it on other cars. Will drip sometimes on the passenger side and under tha car.

Yes, Yes! Happened to me. The condensation hose goes throught the passenger side firewall. Sometimes it can get kicked out of place there by causing the condensation to pour inside the cab. It will get your floor all wet and start to syink like mildew. It took me a while to figure out where the smell was coming from but I eventually found it.

just lift up the floor mat on the passenger side and you wil see a hose that looks like it bent towards the fire wall. Pull on it gently and if it comes loose thats the culpret. Just force it back through (i used a flat head screwdriver to make sure it went in correctly). You will see what im talking about when you get there.

The AC evaporator drains through a hose in the passenger's footwell to the outside of the car. The hose is easy for the passenger to kick, and prone to popping off of the plastic nipple under the dash, which will then flood your footwell every time you use the AC. If this has happened to you (it happened to me), simply re-connect the hose, and zip-tie it for good measure.

If the liquid is sweet smelling (engine coolant) then i hate to tell you this but it could be your heater core has gone bad. Check the plastic case under the dash (where the blower motor is bolted in) for leakage in that area.

i havent got no anti freeze in at the moment,,becuase the engine has been rebuilt and the air seperation tank is leaking,,,,, but it doesnt leak when cold,,just when the engine gets hot,,,,
i look under the dashboard,,,,its leaking from the plastic case,,,,closest to the heater control pannel,,,
and when it starts to drip,,,the water is warm
