I'd let it go. I have only been an Ebay member for a while too... and if I wanted to sell a car for cheap, I'd hope people don't call it a scam. I do agree that it seems fishy... but if you can't prove it's a scam, then it isn't a scam, right? Let it go... see if anyone bids and see what happens, and don't put your money on it. Afterwards, we can see if it's a scam.

I already had a few reponses come back when I was looking for an FD that asked me to escrow money and they'd ship the car. At that point, I reported it, but there was on sense reporting it before I verified that it was too good to be true. Just let this one ride and see what happens....

Looks like Ebay maybe running from it too. If you try to click on anything from the site, including the "BID" buttom, it tells you to contact the seller at his email address. Hopefully they will just close it down.

When you can only reach the seller by email, and a shitty email like yahoo or hotmail, and not by phone it could definitely be a scam. There is alot of these on Autotrader.com also, which used to be a great place to find FD's.

They also try to give you some bullshit story like they moved out of country etc.. What ever happened to making an honest living?

I would love to catch these scammers and introduce them to Smith & Wesson.
