I'm interested too. I was just going to tape some brown packaging paper on the rear hatch where the mounts are, line up the wing, trace it and then use the rubber gaskets to locate the holes. It shouldn't be that hard. Tom

Try here: http://www.scuderiaciriani.com/rx7/spoiler_install.html

Print the files at 100%, cut out, align, and tape together to make a templete...

Eyeballing is really pretty damn good if you take your time. As good as a template.

Use a water based fine tip magic marker once you have it set just right.......

Sorry, didn't know. It has been reorganized and updated in some areas but still seems to be old info (but good)...

I've been reading that two of the outer holes from the stock wing is exactly the same as the holes in the 99? I'm going to be installing the 99spec wing so I figure this template will work for me? =o]

In that case, that template should work fine. Print it out and check by taping it on your hatch, and putting the 99 tail on top. Once you use that template to get a few of the common holes (between the R and the 99 tails), then you can use the other method to get the uncommon holes for the 99 tail.
