Just to add to the argument that JTCC Supras aren't even close to their road-going counterparts, the "3S-GTE" in those cars isn't even a 3S-GTE (that's just Toyota's marketing hype). It's actually something called a 503E and it's been used in both IMSA GTP (the Gurney cars) and the famous Rod Millen Celica/Tacoma car. The 503E is capable of over 1000HP on only 2.1 liters at over 50psi. The layout of the 3S-GTE and 503E are very similar, but the parts are not. Here's a blurb from Toyosport:
"The most famous and successful Toyota Race engine- the 503E was used in Toyota's Triumphant Championship seasons in IMSA GTO / GTP, Pikes Peak, Le Mans, and in the mid-90s Japan Touring Cup Championship. It is important to note that the 16 valve cylinder head layout from the 152E engine and the T block crankshaft saddle design were used as design base for this ultimate Toyota 4 cylinder Turbocharged race engine. The 503E represented the most powerful 4 cylinders in competition history developing over 1000HP in qualifying tune, 800HP for sprint races, and 600 for endurance events. "
The Japanese teams used to be heavily regulated to match the silhouette of the production cars, but as you can see this has fallen by the wayside to a serious degree. Any connection to a JTCC car and its production car inspiration is tenuous at best. Comparing this "Supra" to your RX7 is apples and oranges.
