Upgrading suspension, anything else I should do at the same time?
I'm gathering some part that I'm going to install in the near future ( shocks, springs, brake rotors, sways) and I was wondering what else i should do at the same time? I have about 90k miles
1. Pillow ball bushing
2. Upgraded front sway bar mounts
3. New shocks
4. New springs if you want them
My suggestions for above:
1. OEM
2. http://www.mazdatrix.com/h93-95b.htm .... if you ever plan to do some track track days, look up the Widefoot mounts.
3. Tokico HTS (new from Tokico) http://autosportstyle.com/shop/mazda...s-p-51564.html
4. H&R http://www.rx7store.net/product_p/hrsprings.htm
For the street, there is no need for an aftermarket sway bar.

3. New shocks
4. New springs if you want them

The Koni's are great if you are getting into performance driving. Mainly because they can be widely service and re-valved for different/stronger springs. However, it doesn't seem that he's going to get that heavily involved into performance driving. With that, the Koni's can be a little rough so IMO, Tokico's are better for a mostly street driven car. The new Tokico's, from their description, seem to be outstanding. I may order some later this year and see if Howard can put them on his shock dyno. This new Tokico's could possibly rival the Koni's in the performance department as well.
just oem replacements right?
