Twins: How to tell seq or non-seq?
Physically, is there a way to eye whether a set of sequential twins that has been modified as non-sequential?

Yes.
The actuator for the secondary turbo exhaust feed could be manually wired open, or if the actuator has been completely removed. Also typically the butterfly in the Y-pipe is either wired open or completely removed and the holes are filled in.

If they have done a full non-seq conversion, there will be a lot less vaccum hoses around. With the poor man non-seq conv. you can look for a door under the car that will be wired open. For both way you can also see if they have a BOV a CRV. If there is both then they will be hooked up to the same source of vaccum since they are both a BOV. In some case there will be no CRV.
