Twin turbo upgrade
Yes, they're bored out 850s to 1200s. For some reason they are less likely to stick. I guess since they flow a tiny bit less than the 1300s. I wonder how many people have had their 1300s stick compared to those running them fine without any problems whatsoever....
And yes, the sample size is prob. quite different, so statistically speaking, that is a contributing factor to it as well.

I remember those threads, though I have not seen any reports in the last few years (I think). The difference in power capabilities between 1200cc and 1300cc is not significant so perhaps 1200cc may be a (slightly paranoid) safer choice.

i just bought the whole ultimate fuel kit from rx7store with secondary 1600cc injectors, you guys saying that it would too much ? they are the top feed and not the side feed injectors
No thats fine for your application...that kit can easily sustain BIG single turbo cars...its just right for what you need. If its the kit that includes 850 primaries then personally i wouldnt use them. Just go with the 1600cc secondries because its easier to tune and also doesnt use as much fuel at idle and when cruising

I dont do 3 or 4 versions of streetport like some. I dont have a stage 1 that passes emissions, a stage 2 for autox, a JDM stage 3 for interstate pulls and a super stage 4.5 Type R JDM y0 version for drift. Either you want it ported or not, and if you do, this is what you get.

Those not in the know might claim this is laziness, but I think it is actually more beneficial than taking them down to a mirror polish. One way or another, the difference is minute, and clearly my method works out okay.

Actually part of the problem is the higher boost - it causes some solenoids to stick. A pressure regulator has helped some sequential setups fix this.

I havnt tried a pressure regulator because it seems like a cheap temporary fix to me. What i did is get a custom built solenoid pack from Rob Bailey @ Mach Seven. They do take a while to make though. Iv been waiting for around 2 months

^^ It's worth the wait trust me. Rob's solenoids are really a wonderful thing. I haven't had the pleasure of using them YET but I did look up the specs on them from the manufacturers website and they are rated for some very high pressures IIRC.

Just drill and tap for a bigger bolt and drill out the Y pipe for the bigger bolt to go through. Just make sure to tape off the inlet and outlets of the turbo. and you should be good.
Who's producing quality 850's bored out to 1200's these days ?

I'm confused as to why people spend so many thousands of dollars on turbos and rebuilds and other things and not drop and extra few hundred for a rail and real injectors not bored out ones.
I don't know the specs on the supra pump but the walbro doesn't flow enough to keep up with my 750/1000 injector setup @ full boost. I have to go the way of the Bosch 044 so I would stray away from the walbro for those HP levels

Does anyone know if a Mallory fuel pump will work? Its what I already have and would be nice to use it further. 70 GPH at 6psi. Can be set for 12 psi. I dont know the statistics for like a 850/1300cc but this sounds low to me.
Supra TT pump is superior to the Walbro, but ppl opt for the Walbro cuz it's cheaper. Not a place I'd skimp on money...
On that note, TRISPEEDFD3S, have you ever seen a chart/graph/head-to-head comparison of the Apexi to other pumps? Or even better, I'd love to see a graph showing all the major pumps available (Walbro, Supra II, Apexi, Bosch, etc).
