The price of steel has gone up, no kidding...

Anyway the vendor came back with a little higher pricing than I anticipated. $71 shipped to your door in the US. If we get 30 orders then the price will be $10/ea lower than that.

Let me know how you guys want to procede.

Hey Jeff,

I'm down for the $71 or waiting for a little while. Even though this isn't something that's keeping my car from running, I wouldn't want to wait all summer to see if we can get to 30 people.

If everyone else wants to wait for a little while, I can wait as well. Otherwise, $71 is fine with me.

Well I'm kinda leaving it up to you guys. If you want to go for it now then I'll make the order after everyone pays.

If you want to wait (or some people) then I'll have to wait until we get the orders up.

Either way works for me.

I'm not in desparate need either. I just want it before it's time to replace my new (conventional) battery.

Nopes...I'm out...retired thanks to the bum wrap they gave me when they screwed up the appendectomy...I can walk now, although I don't have any muscle, but I'm alot better than I used to be.

You should come to Hawaii, when ya get a chance?

I'm glad your family is doing well...sorry for the late reply..it's hard getting a computer when you're not living in your own house or apartment yet.

Are we trying to reach 30?

---------------------------------------------

BTW, earlier in this thread I said "FWIW, I noticed some spillage on mine when I first bought it." I mean spillage on my car, with the stock battery tray. It may have sounded like I was complaining about Jeff's tray, which I don't even have. I must've been drunk, and forgot to give reference to context! Sorry 'bout that.

I think most of us are ready either way. 30 would be cool, but I'm sure Jeff wants to get this all taken care of. I'm down for whenever.
