Mine's too low to jack up from the front without boards anyway, but you can use the cross member behind the plastic belly cover, or just use the pinchrail on the driver's side...

about the turbo timer, why install it? the turbos are water cooled, just don't beat on the car approx 1 mile before you come to a stop?

I vote for no, but i'm sure it's personal preference... my opinion is if it's water cooled it needs no timer

I agree with BoostFrenzy, no need for a timer, just take it easy before you arrive at your destination and if possible pop the bonnet (hood) to let out some of that heat.

Get rid of the turbo timer. The only people who buy them are kids that don't know any better. Get your money back!!

the cooling system recall/fix enabled an "after run" fan function didn't it?

So you shut of your car, then turn it back on with out starting the motor to let the fans run as long as the timer is set for?

I set mine for 5 mins. If it's hot enough the fans will continue running longer.

Cheap fan controller. Spent $10 on the used OEM fog lamp switch, and $1 for wiring .
No stupid ugly box taking up room in my car either.

No and the test plug you use will have to be switched off before exiting the car or eventually you will run the battery down. I use the TT for a volt meter and to run my fans after shut down as well. There not totally useless.

I didn't have to hack any wires up either. I don't know what the big deal is, TT's are cheaper than a single gauge and have so many other features these days, and with everyone telling people not to buy them the used ones are selling for next to nothing ! ! ! $25 for an Apexi with FD specific harness.
