Turbo noise?

Turbo noise?
So at idle this noise kinda sounds like heat shield? Or mabyr turbo blades? Not too familar with rotary engines so any ideas as to where to start looking..

Blades hitting typically sounds like a police siren or something. Turbos spin very fast so it's a high pitched sound.

Harmonic rattles are probably heat shield or something else loose.

Thanks.. havent had time to get under the car but it does sound like heat shield.. when i rev it up sound kinda goes away but cones back as it idles..
