turbo control door
I'm doing the temparary non sequential conversion. My question is how do you know if the turbo control door is open or closed? I have it turned counter clock wise is that right? Also does it matter what position the actuator rod sits? out or in? Thanks!

just take off the turbo control actuator its one c clip and 2 bolts
then I put one bolt back and pushed the lever all the way towards the front of the car. wraped some wire around it and wraped that around the bolt there and tightened it down.
I have no idea what you guys are talking about are we talking about the same thing?

The door should be rotated toward the front of the car for "open" mode.
The actuator rod is no longer used when you're non-seq, so you can do with it what you please. Most people remove the TCA alltogether.
