Trying to determine FD front harness vehicle source.

Hi guys,
I've got a mystery FD front harness and I'm trying to determine the year and model it's from, due to slight differences in the Fan relay circuit.
My 93 5 spd has a small accessory harness,
N323-18-051 with 3 fan relay connectors and harness part # beside the passenger headlight.
pics # 1+3

The mystery front harness has 2 fan relays hard wired to the front harness and 2 connectors for the other 2 relays. Pic #2. There might be other harness differences as I dig deeper, but that's the only difference found so far.
Without digging deep, the fuse boxes + diagnostic boxes, and ECU side firewall connectors are all the same. IIRC, automatics used a larger blue connector, but I can't remember if that was on the front harness, or the emmissions harness. I haven't checked for all the driver side footwell connector similarities yet.
I'm wondering if this hard wired fan relay change was a 94-95 5spd change ? ... or perhaps a pre 16 bit JDM or automatic model difference ?
I've posted pics of the 2 fan relay circuits below, and the number of the small 1993 USDM fan relay harness. Unfortunately there are no front harness part # tags.
Thanks, if anyone can shed light on harness differences or what harness I've got, and if they are compatible with 1993 models ?
