Guys i think i may have solved the problem as to why my car isnt passing air care. You see when i start my car i notice the belt that runs the airpump turns but the front triangular piece doesnt? is it suppose to turn constantly when the car is ideling? or does it turn only when the car is accelerating? i know the airpump is supposed to send oxygen to the main cat.

Sounds like you found your problem. It should be turning at idle and low RPM's. The clutch isn't engaging. Is the electrical connector plugged in?

Sounds like your airpump is not working at all.

should be spinning at idle... the clutch disengages and actually stops spinning at 3500 rpm.

if you have an open intake that's where the "mooooing" sounds comes from and that's why it dissappears after 3500 rpm.

No, it should be spinning anytime the engine is under ~3krpm. The airpump has a single grey connector that engages the magnetic clutch. Make sure it is connected and none of the wires are broken.

Check your a/c fuse located in the engine bay, it also runs the airpump. That was my problem, my air pump was not turning on at all.

If that isn't the problem. Youy may want to check to TPS, throttle position sensor.

yeah i pulled my ac fuse out for my fan mod, i guess thats why my airpump may not be turning, but what the hell does an ac fuse have to do with an airpump? Anything else i should check? how can you check to see if the o2 sensor is working?
