Gorgeous FD, those wheels look amazing. I know they're SSR GT1s, but what specs? Any suspension mods?

Don't feel bad if a miata is chasing you down. I have run several High Performance Drivers Events (HPDE) at VIR in Virginia and the miatas are always fast. Some of those guys have superchargers, turbos, and even rotaries in their miatas.

I remember a few years back there was a guy driving a miata with a really tall wing on the back. He was chasing down and passing 4-rotor Kudzu race cars. They were all just running for fun, but the miata was REALLY fast. So don't be surprised if you see a miata breathing down your neck at the track.

Usually, they are about 6-10sec / lap slower then me... so no worries, lol.

Stock yes.
Everything "heavily modified" can give you a run for your money. But they already have great handling in stock form. Amazing for a roadster.

You have to have your windows down on any road course during an event.

Yes, most DEs require your windows open so the driver can render hand signals outside the window (point-by signals for the faster driver behind you to pass).
