TPS connector repair
3rd gen. Finally found my TPS problem. An intermittent ground connection inside the TPS connector. Does anyone know how to remove the connectors from the shell?
I think I could repair the connection if I could get the ground connector out.

I'm a ways away from my car right now, so I can't check.
But, I want to say it's possible. All pinned connectors should be removable from the shell. I'm sure the TPS will not be easy though.
If you can't get it, then find a used one, & solder in the wiring.

Yeah, the TPS isn't hard to back the pins out of. If the plastic plug is damaged, hit up a junkyard and look for other Mazdas, Mazda used that same TPS connector on a number of models. Get one from the junkyard to experiment on, learn how to back the pins out, then swap out.
