Lightbulb TPS Adjustment bolt size

I've searched and couldnt find the answer.

Recently just helped a member here to adjust his TPS and that lower TPS adjustment screw really pissed me off. So to prevent any further frustrations, I've decided to change those philip screw into an allen/torx/hex bolt.

Here is the size is anyone needed it and wanted to swap out a different bolt in there.

4mm x 0.7 pitch, thread length is 1/5" long.

I hope this little mod by swapping out the bolts can ease someone else's future frustration trying to unscrew that darn thing out!

Hahaha! Thanks for helping me out Eric. Im glad I finally got to try that burger place out. Yeah those screws did seem like a pain, definetely dragged out the time needed to adjust it.

PB blaster with right angle screw driver. Press really hard onto the screw..

Better yet. Remove throttle body from UIM <--- is the easiest.

Well, maybe it's still a new engine and vacuum is not high enough. Therefore when pressed on brake pedal, it "stole" some vacuum from the engine causing it a dip?

I have not seen it happen before. Check your alternator/battery and see.

I've fixed a weird problem when a bad battery was shorting out causing weird idle issues and electronics cutting out.

I did reuse housings and irons so to my understanding it takes longer to break in fully compared to new housings. I do believe it is around 17 inHG. This was when I first started it and had a mechanical gauge. Battery is brand new. Unless my alternator is failing? Idk. Maybe when I get a power fc it'll idle better. Maybe I have a small vacuum leak as well?
