Electrical problem

ok so i bought my car as a shell 4 years ago and it has a problem. it has a short. before when u take the key out of the ignition the park lights would stay on including the cluster so everytime i would shut off the car i would have to disconnect the positive terminal from the battery so i took it to this guy he ran a wire for the tns relay that controls that circuit to another fuse box and everything was working normally that only lasted two days.. now all the lights that use to stay on wont come one has anyone experienced this solutions referrals around nyc?

Someone has messed up your wiring. For reference, the wiring should match the schematic below.
