TII Rear end

I have a 93 FD 5 speed shell that i'm swapping an LS1 into, I plan to use the S4 TII LSD, and I want to incorporate the TII's 3.90 Final drive as well.

My question is, what is the best way to do this? Swap the ring and pinion along with the TII LSD, Swap the whole Rear end inplace of the FD unit, or Buy an Auto FD rear and just swap the LSD from the TII?

Are the FC-FD Final drives a Direct swap?

Thanks.

P.S. I searched, and all i found was writeups on swapping the lsd alone...

Auto has a 3.90 hear ratio vs the 4.10 for a manual.

Only go with the S4 TII diff if you're building your car for drag racing. If you plan to be autox or road racing(as is implied with your desire for tall gears), you'd be better off to stick with the FD differential.

well im going to do a mix of all of the above + drifting, probably 1 or 2 sessions of each a year, the Power I will be putting out with the LS1 will be right on the limit for the stock torsen(general concensus seems to be around 350whp + a lot more torque than the rotary), so to be safe, i need to upgrade rather than busting a hole through the diff casing.
