Help! New Engine Harness uinstall.
I got my new engine harness from Malloy, opened it all up, removed all the wiring that wasnt needed for a single turbo, wrapped it all up with high temp silicone tape and just put it back in the car.
The problem is that the new harness has connectors on it that are still in the footwell of the car. It has the small black connector that goes to the black box on the rear of the computer, it has the ground loop that hooks to the computer, and it also has a WHITE connector where my original harness had a blue one. It looks like I can remove an entire 2' long harness that is still in the car(and has the same connectors) and make all the connectors on the new harness fit fine.
Should I just remove the small harness that is in the car and hook up the new connectors where they fit? It looks as if the harness that is still in the car, may just be an extension of what is on the new harness.
Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like the harness that goes to the fan control module. It splices into the original engine and main harnesses to control the cooling fan relays. It also allows for the fan mod to be installed. You probably want to keep it.
You should have a blue connector on the harness still, if you don't you may have got rid of some of the wrong wires! Better double check.
