You take the wastegate line off and insert the boost solinoid in there. The top nipple goes into the "in" on the solinoid and the bottom one goes to the "out" on the solinoid. The black hose that goes to the "brain" gets t'd into the line that your boost guage would be; on one of the nipples on the upper intake manifold.

Do you currently have a boost guage? If you do just "T" it into that line that way it will be easier to access. That "T" is the line that goes to the brain of the boost controller so its basically reading the pressure just before it goes into the motor. Thats how the boost controller knows when to start opening the wastegate in "auto" mode so that you reach your desired boost where as other boost controllers you have to rely on a boost guage to get your target boost dialed in. I always trust what my boost controller is telling me vs the autometer boost gauge I have. Hopefully I answered your question.

I have the silver box (brain) under my dash in the car. If the black line is too short then just buy some silicon hose and extend it to the nipple on the uim. Now for the black box (solinoid) you completely take out the wastegate hose (its got the pill in side it) and then run silicon hose from the top nipple on the turbo pipe to the in on the black box and then from the out on the black box to the bottom nipple. Make sure to mount the black box near a spot that gets some air on it as you don't want to overheat the solinoid.

Its the best boost controller in my opinion. My buddy has the apexi boost controller and he dynoed his car at 12psi and we watched his boost and it was all over the place 12.6, 12.2, 12.8..... where as when I dynoed it was rock steady at 12psi right across the whole rpm range. Everyone says the profec is the greatest but then you get what you pay for. For the money the profec is alright but if you have the money buy the best and get the Blitz.

The boost controller does not get hooked up to the ecu. As for the wiring on the power meter I can't remember where it hooks up to the ecu. I know there is a power, ground and a wire that hooks up to the speed sensor; but what pin it is on the ecu I'm not sure. Sorry.

Ya you completely take out the exsisting vacuum line that is there and replace it with new silicon hose and run the hoses to the black box like in the picture I provided. As for the size it might be 6mm.
