Talking Thermal Flex hoses are in

Sorry, I couldn't add this to the RotaryKnight's group buy thread because the search is dissabled. Anyhow, here is the pic (too bad my heat shield will cover most of it).

Thumbs up

Is that hose blue or purple? Also, I need to know where you ended up getting that hose, because I want to buy one today. Also, how much did you pay?

People should start receiving their kits. Thank you to all those who sent me checks or called TF for cc orders. I know it took a little longer than expected maybe 2 weeks or so but they are breing shipped out and I did receive all the checks from you guys who sent them.

The first kit was already tested on a FD so no worries about fitment.

Thanks Maxcooper for the stock lines that we made the mold off of and Jason for allowing the GB.

I'm going by TF today so I'll check on how the rest are commin and maybe pick up a set to play with on my now imaginary FD.

The ones in Japan are SAMCO and even then only a few people carrry them. I know Blitz has some made by SAMCO for limited applications.

Just to let you guys know MAZDASPEED has been talking to TF about these. These will most likely be the same ones that MAZDASPEED will carry. If there are any questions about it please ask but if MAZDASPEED is interested in subcontracting these hoses then......you know the answer.

Lightbulb It's the halogen lighting

Click on the web site link and you'll see the color better. For some reason the halogen lights give it a purple tint.

Everyone should be receiving their kits within the next week or so. They are sending sets out each day. Hope that you guys like them and I would appreciate any feed back from you when you get them...positive or negative.

Sorry dude,
I just get a little antsy when I wait for stuff. The hoses look really nice in the pix, can't wait to get 'em. I have orders out all over for a bunch of stuff, and I just got in my big brake kit so that'll keep me occupied for this weekend. Maybe next weekend I'll have my hoses and my new 4.33!

Talking Mine are installed

Exact fit, but since I couldn't lift the car for the bottom hose I had the dealer do it. Yeah, I know but i've seen a bunch of FD's use the Laguna Hills dealer so I dropped it off.

The only thing I didn't like is he didn't reuse the rubber sleeves. I don't like it touching the metal piping of the FMIC. So, even though it will cover them up if you want the sleeves you'll have to make sure and request they reuse them.

I hope everyone got theirs by now? Some of you are probably a 5 day delivery instead of same day here.

Is that the dealer off Alicia? I've been there to buy parts a few times and they had a green/purple chameleon painted FD there w/ Racing Hart Type Cs...

yup, datz duh one

Yeah, just off thr 5 on Alicia Pkwy.

Now i'm thinking of adding Vitek sleeving to the hoses. I touched the Vitek spark plug wires after the engine was hot and they barely felt warm.

Uhg, now I wish I had gotten Hose Technichs or Vicon wires with Vitek sleeving over them instead of the plain thin silicone ones....sorry, rambling off the subject.
