Theoretical safe boost for this combo?

First off I know this type of thread is very difficult to answer and gets asked quite often. Alot of variables involved and it's not cut and dried or the same for every setup. I understand that and I intend to creep up on the target boost while making passes & testing. I'm also going to keep an eye glued to the wideband during each pass. After driving my Stealth I feel like I have plenty of time on my hands while piloting my FD. :p

I might hit the track tonight if I get enough stuff on the car done. My setup isn't quite complete but I'd like to see where it stands right now. Mods:

Power FC with default fuel & timing
NPG-R
Koyo with sealed ducting
Dual 34 row RE oil coolers
RX7 Fashion Intake
Hard intake piping
Megan Racing DP and MP
Racing Beat dual-tip catback
#9 plugs all around
PLX wideband in the DP
Autometer boost, water, & oil temp gauges

It runs very well as it sits right now with boost at 11.8-9.5-11.2 on 91 octane.

How much boost do you think I can run relatively safely on a 99 octane unleaded mix with 12.4:1 AFR's at 5k going to 11.8:1 at 7k? Yes it's a little lean...that's why I'm not going out on pump gas. I would retune but I'll be installing a ASP medium SMIC and alcohol injection next week. Retuning would be a waste of my time and the AFR's are actually pretty decent for race gas. I'm talking about 98% safe and staying very conservative. Here's will the smart asses will chime in with "7 psi!" Well duh...of course that would be safe...but I'm sure I can run a little more than that. The question I should ask is how much boost would/did you guys run if/when you had a setup like this? Oh yeah...it's gonna be hot and I'm running the stock SMIC for now. Forecast is 107F when I get there dropping to 88F when I leave...more reason to stay conservative.

Nothing like people's real world experience.

Oh...just so its clear. I take full responsibilty if my motor takes a dirt nap so feel free to give me some wisdom.

To be honest, I wouldn't run more than 10 or 11 psi on the stock IC, especially in the Arizona heat.

Yeah...I set it up to run the 11.8-9.5-11.2 when it was 74F outside after a rain a few nights ago. The car was in an awesome mood with the low temps and high humidity. In yesterdays heat (106F) after some stop and go it was only pushing 10-8.5-9.2 or so on 91 octane. Intake temps were insanely hot. It still pulled decently but I definitely won't turn it up from there on pump gas without the IC and alchy. I can't turn it down (much) either though. Minimum boost with the PFC & commander is 20% wastegate duty cycle and the primary turbo is set at 24% and the secondary is at 20%.

Not that it matters but the car sounds pretty ticked off at full throttle since the wastegates are almost always open.
