Boost issue semi fixed..Now Ignition breakup?

Alright... Im down road to having everything squard away. I have my boost "semi" fixed. I now get a 9-5-12-10 boost pattern. However once boost tappers off ONLY under WOT im getting what i THINK is ignition breakup. In 2nd@WOT At 7K RPMS i get a studder (boost is sitting at 10psi) Then into 3rd gear@ 6500 RPMS (studder/feels like car just dies) with boost reading 10psi... This is repeatable. Only happens at those RPMS and ONLY when boost is at 10psi or above... If i set boost to around 8psi or so i get no breakup/studder...

I have replaced Plugs/leading and trailing coils/Plug wires... Before i spend the money on a twinpower i just wanted you guys opinions on other troubleshooting points.

UPDATE: Found this chart. I think FuelCut may have been my prob. I am at sea level. And per the diagram for 6500 rpms.. Well.. just look


The ECU is programmed to cut off fuel at the following ABSOLUTE pressures. If You live at sea level, the third column should reflect Your boost gauge readings. All those on Pikes Peak need to make the appropriate corrections.

Plot a graph and get the idea.
