mike- LOL we actually use my friends kitchen. its his second house so pretty much nobody complains. the engine had approximately 25k km (this was from a frontclip) Compresssion figures were fine (high 7's and 8's on mazda tester). What was suprising was the damage to one rotor, which i would have never noticed if not cleaned.

 

Parts are coming back and the engine is pretty much finished cept for oilpan and engine mounts.
