Question Koyo Radiator HELP!

So in the past 3 days i've replaced my old tiny fluidyne radiator with the new bigger koyorad r core radiator. Now my car will start for about 3-4 seconds max and shut off. We took off the intercooler, intakes, battery, and radiator fans to replace it and we put it all back on just fine so nothing seems to be wrong visually. Also we flushed the system out and put the coolant/water mix and filled it up. Any help on why it wont stay on would be appreciated.

no we checked all the intake hoses, radiator hoses, and intercooler the first time it happened. it like the car will start up fine, stay on for like 3-4 seconds and starts the AWS then stalls itself out. I was reading around the forum and it may be because we had the hose unconnected near the throttle body to see when the coolant was full and when it was it dripped near the firewall so maybe something got wet and is causing the problem?

You have to check "eveything" in the area that you were working. You have accidently messed up something.

Yeah me and the buddy who helped are gonna double check on Wednesday but I heard another thing might be air to fuel ratio? Since we changed the radiator when we turned on the car it threw a tiny bit of white smoke from the exhaust and it was burning richer than usual, what do you think?

it is probably a random issue that just chose this opportunity to pop up...totally unrelated to flushing coolant and swapping out a radiator...even if you leave the inter-cooler totally unhooked and the car should still run.

Check that it is connected to the map sensor and to the intake manifold. There are very few things that will allow the car to start and then stall after 3 seconds. The radiator and intercooler are not on the list.

Also when it starts before it stalls the exhaust throws a little bit of white smoke that smells like very rich fuel

It runs just fine, it starts like normal and starts the aws then stalls and I never had any problems with it running before I changed the radiator

I've heard it might have something to do with the fuel system, any suggestions?

Check the map sensor again. See if you installed the filter backwards that is in the hose connected on the underside of the sensor.
