TCA Rattle How To......

Now I remember reading an earlier post about a rattle noise at idle and at low RPMs, and that the rod going to the turbo control actuator needs to be tweaked. (Wanted to take my questions there, but couldn't post there ) I was wondering if anyone has any pics showing exactly what needs to be tightened, or possibly a how-to link? Also, is it possible to tighten this part from a jacked-up car, how tough that would be and any special tools needed?
Yo you guys are the best for real, i SERIOUSLY don't know what I would do without yall......
