Nice replica. I think the front is really droll. That tall opening for the intercooler is plain weird. It looks like a fish.
Does anyone like those Andrew racing F Veilside wheels?

it's a nice kit, and even though it's a rip from the veilside kit, im sure you can get it cheaper from VIS than you could from Veilside. So why not just get it from VIS for cheaper if its the almost the same kit.

With the money you save on a knock-off kit, you'll have to spend extra getting the body shop to prep the kit so in the end, I would always go with the authentic kit.

I can get that ViS kit for $350 new. Would I ever desecrate my car with such garbage? Only if my mother's life depended on it.
Oh and I just looked at the pictures. That's not a ViS kit pictured. They do that to sell you ... that is a real VeilSide. They sell the cheap copy of that.

Not to mention that the ViS kit (erebuni, Andy's, Han, Import Fan, etc.) are all made in the same Taiwanese sweatshop and they are cast from real kits. So what you have is a VeilSide kit made from a mold of the prototype kit, then they take a mold of that and then rapidly produce thin-glasses ViS/erebuni/Andy's/etc. kits from that. Do you see all of the margin for error?

You are wrong about some of the stuff you said:
1. Authentic bodykits use less fiberglass but the hand laid technique is better, so the bodykit is actually stronger and lighter. The copy kits are actually heavier. Much heavier. How do I know? I have the authentic C West bumper, it's so much ligher than my friend's copy GTC bumper.
2. The companies you talked about have most of their bodykits made in the US. Not Taiwan. If they are imported, mostly from China. How do I know? My friend is a bodykit manufacturer and he supplies bodykits to some of those companies you mentioned.
3. The car you see on the VIS website has the fake bodykit. The car is owned by Keith who has his car featured in the Fast and Furious. It's funny that Veilside actually sponsored him even though he had a fake kit to begin with.
4. About the Taiwanese sweat shop, I really do not like that remark you make. Taiwan is not like China which uses underage labor. In my opinion, your remark is not only racist but also irresponsible.
Even though you are on the internet, you should still be responsible for what you are stating. Some people might actually believe you when you pass on false information.

I totally agreed with you Rotaryextreme; it caught me when you mention that the FD on the F&F has a fake veilside kit, man that makes me sick when one of the well known tuner like Veilside endorse something like that, they probably just wants publicity for their products or something, just my opinions.

clear some confusion I might've made
AArotary:
The silver car you saw in the photos has the fake CI veilside bodykit. The owner goes to car shows a lot and Veilside USA spotted the car and decided to sponsor him and gave him the real CII veilside bodykit. Repainted the whole car to the Fast and Furious look. It just seems funny to me that people use fake bodykits can get sponsorship from the authentic manufacturer which actually gives them a real kit to replace the fake one. funny huh. Maybe I should use some fake C West instead of my real thing and maybe next time when C West spots me, I will be getting a new version of the C West bodykit. Yes, you can tell I am so jealous of Keith. hehehe...

Just to eduate you guys more. Do you know that some of the Japanese authentic bodykits are made in Taiwan? Bomex has a factory in Taiwan and most of bodykits they export to the US are made in Taiwan. If some 8 year-old Taiwanese kid can make high quality bodykits for Bomex, I cannot imagine what a grown-up in Taiwan can make.

You beat me to the punch. A small fact to educate the mostly uninformed masses of the US - Taiwan is 2nd in the world in terms of wealth per capita and wealth density. #1 is Japan. The US doesn't even come close (#7 or 8). I believe something around the magnitude of 75% of all components in every computer are from Taiwan.
The sweatshop days of Taiwan were about 20-40 years ago so it'd be a good idea to drop that stereotype.

Remember when memory prices shot up a year or two ago, due to an earthquake in Taiwan? Majority of memory production occurs there.
My other favorite place that typically gets stereotyped - Hong Kong. More billionaires per capita in the world, never mind millionaires. Spent three terrific years there attending a British school. IMO, the perfect blend of east and west.
Too bad it was handed back to China. The Brits should have penciled in an extra zero on the length of contract...
