taillights dont work

okey heres my problem....my tailinghts arent working..but the brake lights and turn signals are working. i checked the fuses in the interior and they are fine none are blown. i would rather not take it to a dealer on the count that my car is definitely not warrantied. if you have any suggestions i would appreciate it...thanks!

Honestly, I would check the fusebox again. I thought I had all the fuses checked but when I checked again, one of them were blown. I got a new fuse and everything is back the way it used to be. =)

Honestly, I would check the fusebox as I had the same problem. =)

yea, it does sound like fuse but if you say it isn't that and it isn't bulb I think only wiring is left. Go get a tester and see if power is really flowing through and not just looking at it. Fuses were a huge problem in my datsun.

are any of your running lights working? do your head lights work? This same thing happened to me and it turned out to be the TNS relay. That is in the relay box that is right next to the nose of the car, it's the longest box in the car and holds the largest relays...

hope that helped more than confused.

Replace the fuse anyways. Sometimes fuses can have a hairline fracture that is not visible.
