I just sold an engine to a guy in Norway and have even sold fds over seas. I can help you with what you need. My avatar has picture of some of my port work and if you search my user name you can find the different prices of the engines I sell or just pm me and let me know what you want and I will give you your different options. My rebuilt shortblocks should be the best price you can find that I am aware of.

If you do a dearch, you will find many posts of people arguing the advantages/disadvantages of particular builders. From personal experience, I would stay away from Hayes Rotary as I have had some shady dealings with them. I have always heard very good things about Pineapple and Pettit but any of the big names should be fine.
