still over heating help
i finished my single turbo setup yesterday i also have a koyo rad and 2 S blade fans.
I was test driving the car on the express way and the car still ran near hot is this a problem because of my front mount intercooler?

is the motor old? cracked o-ring? loseing coolent? any buzzing noise? where is the temp at? the front mount does restrict some air but air still gets in. how long were u torquin ur car for? any car with turbo gets hot if u been torquin it for a while

Well, as the other guys have stated, any older motor problems? A couple of other thoughts. Were you able to leave the rad in the stock position, or did you have to stand it upright? Also, do you have your skid gaurd on? That makes a major difference in directing the air through the rad...
The major point made, which was already made...are you using the garbage, non-linear, super incorrect stock temp guage? If you didn't know this, the stock temp guage will allow a 30-40 degree variance in temp. without ever moving. So if your temp guage actually starts to rise to the red, you really need to shut down the motor before it's to late.

first off, did the car work before u did the single turbo conversion.
second off, exactly what did you do? doesnt sound to me like u just put a single turbo on. post some pics of FMIC to radiator from the sides and bottom. u could also have bad waterpump etc. just bad luck to have it fail so soon after your single install if its original motor.
now u have checked your new fans if they work properly right?
