std fd actuators

can anyone tell me if the fd actuators havea solid bar non adjustable actuator or a threaded bar adjustable

I think all three of them are threaded, IIRC.

whats the std boost seting on primary turbo
as i have done non seq conversion but boost jsut claims up non stop

There are two small green actuators, and one large SS one.

The green waste gate (WG) one is not threaded.
The green pre-control (PC) one is threaded.

The SS turbo control (TC) one, I don't remember how it is.

right on mine is primary turbo is threaded and sec turbo is solid bar it is a jspec engine

any search will tell you .. 10 psi is the stock setting.

Have you ported your wastegate ?

You said you went non-sequential correct?( not that the 2 are related, just wondering where you stand.)

Do you have your wastegate wired shut? If it is staying shut the boost will sky rocket.

Buy a Factory service manual or download it from the link attached below. It gives the standard settings for the bars. They should not however , have been adjusted, but i don't put it passed whoever had it before you.
Do not use the bars to raise boost or control it.( unless they are out of adjustment already)

yes i went non seq primary turbo wastegate is ported

2nd turbo actuator is shut as no vacum lines are conected

boost just goues sky high hit 25 psi bi mistake backed off straight away engin eis ok

yeah TCA is thread too, has adjustment

right might be getting confuseds here i only have ywo actuators left on the car and that is the two turbo ones so do i adjust the bar or whats hlp
