From a search I found this thread, but it doesn't really answer my question...

Maybe I'm being overly concerned, but: My car has sat motionless for the last 3 months or so. The oil was clean and the gas tank full when it was parked. Having worked on the body and suspension, added new wheels and tires, and refreshed the battery, it's finally ready to drive. Is there anything I should be concerned about when starting it up? I.e. gas, other fluids, etc...

3 months isnt too long... should be fine. You havent attempted to start it yet? Perhaps an oil change wouldnt hurt.

Leave the oil alone if it was fresh. 3 months is no big deal at all. Unplug the fuel pump relay and crank the engine till you build up oil pressure. After you see it register put the relay back in and start it up!

Engine Oil sits on shelves for years on end without any problem (what Mahjik said), no reason why it'd be any different in your oil pan. Like the other guys said, just prime your fuel system before you start the car.

One of my cars sat in the garage almost 2 years. I drained the fuel tank, changed the oil, and refilled all the fluids which had been drained. Built up the fuel pressure by pulling the Fuel Relay, then she started right up. Little smoke, but nothing to worry about. You'll be fine.
