SS OMP line routing?

I am wondering how this looks. Anyone know if I will run into problems during reassembly? If I wasn't so lazy I would have already started a "build" thread, but I sure am lazy. My brother thinks we might run into problems.

Looks alright but I would route the rear line under the oil feed pipe. There also seems to be some residue on your primary fuel rail. Make sure nothing is leaking. New fuel hoses would be a good idea too. Just buy 5/16th fuel injection hose and cut to length.

I'm not sure if it was ever changed. I bought it with 86,000 miles, well it still has that on it since I have never driven the car. My brother picked up this car for me while I was still in Iraq. He didn't have any issues with fuel. The problem was a bad ECU, OMP, and coolant seals. Some guy Enzo in Rochester NY decided to deceive me about the vehicles condition and charge me full price for the car. That picture was right after we put the injectors back in. I had them flow tested by Witchhunters. I didn't really wipe down the rail, we were just kind of putting stuff back on the motor trying to figure out how we were going to start the reassembly.

If you were smart enough to build the motor I don't see how you would run into any problems with the install. Everything looks great! Just take your time and everything will work great. Where in New York are you?

If that FPD is the original one, replace it for sure. Ray at Malloy has them for around 120-130.

And stabbing the motor is easier than rebuilding IMO.

I'm in Schenectady right next to Albany. Mono4lamar, where are you located? I didn't do the rebuild, I sent it to Banzai they charged about the same price to do the rebuild as a lot of the kits I was finding at the time. Plus I wanted to get it ported. Looks like I'll just order up a FPD then. I've pretty much done everything other than FPD, fuel lines, suspension, brakes, and oil cooler upgrade. I'm starting to run a little low on funds at this point. I figured I could do an oil cooler upgrade once the motor is broken in, hopefully my bike will be sold by then. When I bought the car it was bone stock. My brother and I are the first people to do any modifications to it. Once I started to look into what to upgrade things seemed to snowball and next thing I know I've spent like $10k just trying to put it back together. I plan on doing the brake in on the base maps of the power fc but one thing I've been wondering that you guy's may be able to help me with is tuning options. I've heard of a place in NJ and one in PA.

For street use, you'll be fine with the stock oil cooler. Get an oil temp gauge and see what your temps are before dropping major $$ on an oil cooler kit.

Why do you think that you need that much pressure protection for the OMP system? You have completely lost all visual reference in properly checking the OMP system. New factory lines are a much better choice. FYI, the OMP isn't under that much pressure.

The Enzo that screwed me was out in Rochester and I don't think he's a RX7 guy either. Funny though, there can't be many Enzo's out there.

I did the SS lines because I figured they were just more durable. I'm not too worried about the OMP system with these lines plus I'm running a brand spanking new OMP.
